HOUSE RULES INFORMATION

Check-in

・After the check-in time, please access the pre-check-in page (AirHost) which will be informed to you in advance.

・Please fill in the required information by clicking on the "Check-in" button. 

・ When check-in is completed, the PIN number for the key will be displayed.

Cleaning before check-out

■  Please follow the instructions below to clean the room before checking out.

■  Please separate garbage and dispose of it in the respective garbage cans. If the trash bag is full, there is a spare bag at the bottom of the trash can.

■  All cooking utensils and dishes must be cleaned and returned to their original place.

■  Return moved furniture to its original location.　

■  Please clean up after yourself and check out.

■  There is no need to dispose of the burned residue from the wood stove.

 Duty to report damage and defacement

★ Please be sure to report any damage or defacement before checking out via message or email.

★ If you do not report the problem, our insurance will not cover it.

    You will be billed for the full amount of the recovery costs and the business security deposit.

★ If you report the problem, we will discuss the recovery cost with you.

★ You can't bring pets.

Handling Fire

■ The use of fire on the wood deck is strictly prohibited.

■ No bonfires are allowed in the garden. Using a fire pit is also prohibited.

■ You can use the wood stove, but please refrain from using them if you are not confident about handling fire.

■ Firewood is available free of charge for one cup of firewood rack; from the second cup, please put 500 yen in the fee box next to the entrance.

■ Never dispose of used charcoal or ashes in the garden. Place them in the pail located besids fo outodoor deck and cover it with a lid.

 Check out

★ Please be sure to check out on time (10:00).

★ Lock the door and return the key to key box.

※ A cleaning staff will enter the room immediately after the check-out time.

※ No extension is allowed for any reason.

※ If you check out after 10:00 a.m., you will be charged for one additional night.

Consideration for the neighborhood

★ The surrounding area is a quiet villa area. Please be considerate so that there will be no complaints about noise.

★ Please refrain from drinking or barbecuing outdoors after 20:00.

Locking the door

■  Please be sure to lock the door when you go out.

Parking lot

■  please park your cars in front of outdoor deck. Another car can park at the road in front of entrance door.

Inside the room

★　Inside of all the rooms are non-smoking.

※  Smoking is allowed outdoors and on outdoor deck.

　  Please be responsible for disposing of cigarette butts.

■  Do not leave the window (screen door) open at night. A lot of insects may enter the room.

Kitchen

■  You cannot use a fish grill or an oven under an induction heater.

★ Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes well before checking out and return them to their original place.

■  A small amount of salt, pepper, and salad oil is provided. We cannot replenish them during your stay, so please bring your own if you need more.

Bath and Shower

■ This is a natural hot spring bath. The hot spring water is also heated, so please do not leave it running.

WiFi & TV

■ Free WiFi is available. The password is posted in the room.

■ The TV is connected to the internet, so you can watch Prime Video, NETFLIX, etc. with your guest account. (If you have registered an account, please log out before checking out.)

Meal

■  We are not able to prepare meals in our facility. There are no stores within walking distance.
